Dan A. Rodriguez Articles, Books, and Podcasts
What do you believe? Here is a list from me. Basically, I believe in God the Father and His eternal Word, in Jesus the Son, the full substitutionary sacrifice of Jesus with its mighty provisions, the mighty work of the Holy Spirit, and the soon coming King! That is the short version.
Following are more detailed versions in English and Spanish.
Hebrews 6:1-2 teaches us the fundamental principles of Christ:
1. Repentance from dead works (repentance from the works of sin, rebellion, iniquity, etc.)- 1 John 1:8-10; Proverbs 28:13; Luke 13:3, 5.
2. Faith (trust, confidence, faithfulness, obedience) towards God– Hebrews 11:1-40; Mark 11:22-25.
3. Teaching on the instruction of God’s Word (2 Timothy 3:15, 4:2) on:
4. Baptisms-In Christ: Galatians 3:27; Romans 6:3. In water: Mark 16:16; Matthew 28:19; Romans 6:1-24. In the Holy Spirit: Luke 3:16; Acts 10:44-46, 19:1-6.
5. Laying on of hands; to impart blessing, minister healing, and separate unto the call of God for ministry- Matthew 19:13-15; Luke 4:40; Mark 16:17-18; Acts 3:3-6, 13:1-3.
6. Resurrection of the dead– 1 Corinthians 15:1-58.
7. Eternal judgment that involves eternal recompense for the righteous and eternal condemnation for the wicked – Revelation 20:11-15, 21:1-27.
Additionally:
WE BELIEVE the Bible or the written Word of God is the truth and the maximum authority to base our faith, conduct, teaching, and doctrine (1 Pet.1:23-25; Jn. 17:17; 2 Ti. 3:15-17, 4:2).
WE BELIEVE in one God manifested to us as the Father, in His Son, and through the Holy Spirit. See Mark 12:29; Deut. 6:4-5; Eph. 4:5-6; Mat. 28:19; Jn. 1:1-3, 14, chapters 16 & 17; Ro. 8:9-11; 2 Cor. 3:17; 1 Tim. 3:16.
WE BELIEVE that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, God manifested in the flesh, that He came to this earth in a physical body, lived among us, died on the cross, shed His eternal blood for our sins, was raised from the dead, is seated at the right hand of God, and He is the Savior of the world. See Jn. 1:1-3, 14, 3:14-18; 1 Tim. 3:16, and we also believe that salvation is received by placing our faith (confidence, trust, and faithfulness) on what He did through His great substitutionary sacrifice, and by confessing Him as the Lord over our lives. See also 1 Cor. 15:1-4; Efe. 1:19-23, 2:8-10; Heb. 9:12; 1 Pet. 1:18-19; Rev.1:18; Rom. 3:21-26, 10:9-10.
WE BELIEVE that water baptism demonstrates our identification with the death, burial, and resurrection of Christ. Baptism is a public testimony that we have ceased to live the old life of sin and rebellion against the will of God, and that we enter into a new life of consecration and obedience to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. See Romans 6:1-23
WE BELIEVE in the baptism (or infilling or fullness) of the Holy Spirit, speaking in other tongues, the supernatural manifestations of the Holy Spirit, and the function today of the ministry gifts as called and anointed by the Lord Jesus. See Luke 3:16, 24:49; 1 Cor. chapters 12 through 14; Acts 1:8, 2:4, 10:44-46, 19:6; Ef. 4:11-16; Rom. 12:4-8.
WE BELIEVE in partaking of the Lord’s Supper or the Communion Table as an act of remembering, embracing, and receiving from what the Lord Jesus did for us through His great and awesome sacrifice. See 1 Cor. 11:23-32; Isaiah 53:1-12.
WE BELIEVE that Christians are not required to keep the ritual or ceremonial commandments of God given only for Israel, but that ALL believers are under obligation to keep all the MORAL commandments that teach us to live a sanctified life. The correct combination for the believer is keeping God’s moral commandments AND holding steadfastly to his/her faith in Jesus Christ. See Rev. 12:17, 14:12; 1 Cor. 7:19; Rom. 13:9, 10; Mat. 19:17-21; John 13:34, 14:21-23. We affirm, ratify, and practice the scriptural teachings of sanctification, consecration, Godly character, and a life marked by moral purity. See Efe. chapters 4, 5 and 6; Col. chapter 3; 1 Thes. 4:1-8; 1 Pet. 1:14-17; Mat. 6:33.
WE BELIEVE and practice the great commission as given by our Lord Jesus in Mark 16:15-18. He still confirms His Word with the accompanying signs (Mark 16:20).
WE BELIEVE that Jesus Christ will physically return to earth as King of Kings and Lord of Lords for His millennial reign, and then He will reign forever and ever in the new heavens and the new earth. See Rev. 19:11-16, chapters 20 through 22; 1 Thes. 4:13-18; 1 Cor. 15:51-55; Luke 21:25-28; Mat. 25:31-46.
1. Arrepentimiento de obras muertas (arrepentimiento de obras de pecado, iniquidad, maldad, rebeldía) - 1 Juan 1:8-10; Proverbios 28:13; Lucas 13:3, 5.
2. Fe (certeza, confianza, fidelidad, obediencia) en Dios– Hebreos 11:1-40; Marcos 11:22-25.

The Bible says that the power of the Holy Spirit would be coming on all believers to produce a witness in our city, state, country, and even to the rest of the earth. (Acts 1:8) That power from on High came on the day of Pentecost after Jesus was raised from the dead. (Acts 2) Jesus also commissioned all believers to preach the gospel to every person with signs following. (Mark 16:15-20) We are to go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything Jesus commanded us. (Mat. 28:19, 20) EVERY believer has a responsibility to carry out these orders from the Head of the Church, Jesus THE Anointed One (Christ). I am doing a part to get the Word out to all the world. Of course, there are many other ways to get the Word out such as one on one witnessing, and through meetings, large and small. How can you get involved in getting the Gospel message out? Here is one way. Forward these teachings and recordings to your friends, family, and acquaintances. Be a blessing to someone else. Get them under the rich anointing of the Holy Spirit and the Word.
