Redemption from the Curse-Part 9
Sunday Nov 21, 2021
Sunday Nov 21, 2021
We are redeemed from the curse of sickness and disease, and from death and all its forms as recorded in the major list of the curse in Deuteronomy 28:15-68. We are redeemed because Jesus became a curse for us. (Galatians 3:13) The curse in Deuteronomy 28:15-68, includes everything that kills, steals, and destroys human life. It includes lack and poverty, slavery and bondage, defeat in war, rape and kidnapping, and failure in every realm. The curse includes early death, where a person is not satisfied with long life. (Psalms 91:16) The curse is so pervasive that nothing evil is excluded from it. That is the how deep our redemption runs. We are redeemed from everything the devil was able to bring upon this earth as the destroyer!
Even though the curse is producing death and destruction over all the earth, we can walk free of its effects, NOW! Though we are still subject to physically dying, IF the Lord delays His return, we don't have to die with some stinking disease or because of some demonic accident! We die and go to heaven healed and whole, when our race is finished, and when the Lord and us are good and ready to go. I know that is an extremely controversial statement for the untaught, but it is SO scriptural that you would need satanic help to disbelieve or misunderstand it!
This podcast delves into all these things in some detail with many Scripture references. If you have not heard the other podcasts in this series, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? The list of all the podcast can be accessed from our home page at http://danalanrodriguez.com.

Read these verses from Nehemiah 9 and notice the reoccurring pattern.
25And they took strong cities and a rich land, and possessed houses full of all goods, cisterns already dug, vineyards, olive groves, and fruit trees in abundance. So they ate and were filled and grew fat, and delighted themselves in Your great goodness. 26“Nevertheless they were disobedient and rebelled against You, cast Your law behind their backs and killed Your prophets, who testified against them to turn them to Yourself; and they worked great provocations. 27Therefore You delivered them into the hand of their enemies, who oppressed them; and in the time of their trouble, when they cried to You, You heard from heaven; and according to Your abundant mercies You gave them deliverers who saved them from the hand of their enemies. 28“But after they had rest, they again did evil before You. Therefore You left them in the hand of their enemies, so that they had dominion over them; yet when they returned and cried out to You, You heard from heaven; and many times You delivered them according to Your mercies, 29and testified against them, that You might bring them back to Your law. Yet they acted proudly, and did not heed Your commandments, but sinned against Your judgments,‘ which if a man does, he shall live by them. ’And they shrugged their shoulders. Stiffened their necks, and would not hear. 30 Yet for many years You had patience with them, and testified against them by Your Spirit in Your prophets. Yet they would not listen; therefore You gave them into the hand of the peoples of the lands. (Nehemiah 9:25-30 NKJV)
Did you see the pattern? God would bless them, they would backslide by disobedience to His commandments. It would anger the Lord, and He would turn them over to their enemies. The Israelites would get a belly full of their enemies, cry out for deliverance, God would send them a deliverer, they would be free for a little while and have rest, and then the whole thing would happen again and again! That is a very important Biblical pattern. It shows us a side of God’s judgment on sin among His people that many prefer not to discuss. Yes, it is also found in the New Testament, even in the epistles of Paul! The key to staying out of judgment over sin, where you are safe from the enemy, is simple. If you sin, JUDGE yourself, and you will not be judged. (1 Corinthians 11:28-33)
In this podcast, we study this clearly in relation to our redemption from the curse. Don’t miss it because it answers many questions and provides numerous scriptural examples for your study. These are waters seldom tread in modern Christianity.

But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of the bread and drink of the cup. For he who eats and drinks in an unworthy manner eats and drinks judgment to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body. For this reason many are weak and sick among you, and many sleep. For if we would judge ourselves, we would not be judged. (1 Corinthians 11:28-31 NKJV)
We must understand that we have redemption from the curse because the body of Jesus was bruised and bloodied when He became a curse for us on the cross. These verses in their context reveal that if we don’t judge ourselves as ready and able in Christ to receive the redemption He provided, then judgment would eventually come. The judgment is a reference to the curse; weakness, sickness, and premature death (“sleep”). That is either misunderstood or completely unknown, but there it is, in black and white.
When we partake of the communion table, it is a reminder and a participation of the provisions of Jesus’ death. One of those provisions is Galatians 3:13.
Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us (because it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”.(Galatians 3:13 NET)
We continue to look at this Biblical idea of judgment. The bottom line is, IF we will judge ourselves, we will not be judged. Some people bring judgment on themselves because they do not discern the body of the Lord and the Blood that was shed for the forgiveness of sins.
May these podcasts cause many to rightly discern the body and blood of the Lord! May many step into the victory Jesus provided through His death and resurrection!

The reason God HAS to allow bad things to happen is because His Word was released in the earth. His Word is spiritual law in Heaven and on the earth. (See Psalms 119:89-91; Matthew 5:17-19; 1Peter 1:23-25.)
God commanded Adam and Eve not to eat from a certain tree because disobedience would cause death on every level to invade the planet (Genesis 2:14, 15). They disobeyed and the curse came to steal, kill, and destroy. God reiterated this truth when He stated, “If you disobey Me, the curse will come on you.” (See Deuteronomy 28:15.) It was true with Adam, it was a fact during the days of Moses and Jesus, and it is true today. Obedience brings blessing, and disobedience opens the door to the curse. The only thing that can cancel that trajectory into the curse is repentance, confession of sin before the Lord, forgiveness, and cleansing from all unrighteousness (Luke 13:3; 1 John 1:8-10, 2:1), and then taking a stand on redemption from the curse (Gal. 3:13).
People don’t understand that their choices in life have everything to do with whether they have life or death, or blessing or cursing. (See Deut. 30:15-20; Galatians 6:7, 8; Proverbs 18:20, 21; Romans 1:21-32; Gal. 5:19-23.) We will look further into the legalities of WHY people can either position themselves for blessing or for the curse. The sooner we learn these truths, the better we will lay hold on our redemption in Christ.
We discuss these things and more in this podcast. I can’t begin to tell you how important this subject is for every single believer. Don’t miss this powerful teaching! To straighten out doctrine and theology, one must possess the answers to these three questions:
What happened in the first three chapters of Genesis?
Why did Jesus have to die in our place, and what did He provide through His sacrifice?
What will happen at the end of time in the book of Revelation to remove sin, death, the curse, pain, and sorrow from human contact forever?
Get those three questions answered CORRECTLY from the Scripture, and it will begin to move you away from traditional ideas that make the Word of God of no effect in your life (Mark 7:13). This is exactly what we are doing in this series!
Disobedience to God’s Word grants access to the enemy and to the curse. We study this truth in some detail. It will open your eyes to WHY bad things happen on earth.
This study reveals MANY pearls of great price. They are gold nuggets or diamonds of truth! Don’t miss this continuing series. Be mightily blessed!

Jesus has already redeemed us from the curse that entered into this planet through Adam’s disobedience (Genesis 2:16, 3:16, 17; Gal. 3:13). Deuteronomy 28 gives us a catalog of the blessing for obedience (vs. 1-14), and the rest of the chapter gives us an extensive list of the curse for disobedience (vs. 15-68). This curse is what entered into the earth with Adam’s treason. Once we find out what is included in the curse; we begin to understand the breadth and depth of our redemption in Christ. It is awesome!
This information is VITAL! It can be the difference between life or death, healing or sickness, abundance or poverty, courage or fear, strength or weakness, and victory or defeat. Listen to all the previous messages on the subject. Don’t miss this striking and life-changing revelation! Be mightily blessed!

Based on our study so far, we can come to some very important conclusions in this third podcast:
The curse is not the will of God for His people. If the curse ever was God’s will, then why didn’t Jesus ever afflict anybody with any part of that curse? He never made anybody sick, poor, or to die prematurely? He went about healing ALL that were oppressed of the devil! (Acts 10:38)
The curse was the direct result of disobedience to the commandment of God. We saw it in Genesis 3, and we will see it in many places in Scripture.
We have redemption from the curse (Galatians 3:13), so we can walk free from it. Faith and trust in Christ’s redemption is essential in order to receive and walk in what was purchased for us.
Allow this podcast to put some “meat” on this “bare bones” outline! Be mightily blessed!

The creation itself groans and labors with birth pains under the curse and bondage of corruption that came into this world through Adam’s sin. Adam’s disobedience opened the door for Satan to bring everything that steals, kills, and destroys into this planet. The devil is called the destroyer in Revelation. Nothing he does brings life, healing, or anything good. The day is coming when Satan and the curse will be removed from human contact FOREVER. Thank God! In the meantime, we can operate in freedom from the curse on earth because Jesus redeemed us from it! (Galatians 3:13) Hear this revealing podcast. Be mightily blessed!

The Bible says that the power of the Holy Spirit would be coming on all believers to produce a witness in our city, state, country, and even to the rest of the earth. (Acts 1:8) That power from on High came on the day of Pentecost after Jesus was raised from the dead. (Acts 2) Jesus also commissioned all believers to preach the gospel to every person with signs following. (Mark 16:15-20) We are to go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything Jesus commanded us. (Mat. 28:19, 20) EVERY believer has a responsibility to carry out these orders from the Head of the Church, Jesus THE Anointed One (Christ). I am doing a part to get the Word out to all the world. Of course, there are many other ways to get the Word out such as one on one witnessing, and through meetings, large and small. How can you get involved in getting the Gospel message out? Here is one way. Forward these teachings and recordings to your friends, family, and acquaintances. Be a blessing to someone else. Get them under the rich anointing of the Holy Spirit and the Word.
